Originally from Delaware, Jessi knew she wanted to work with animals at the age of 5, after a veterinarian helped her family’s sick dog. She earned a bachelor’s degree in pre-veterinary and animal science from the University of Delaware. As a certified and licenced veterinary technician with more than 20 years of experience, Jessi joined the Windy Hollow team in 2018.

WHY SHE LOVES HER JOB
As an integral part of the management team she keeps our hospital running smoothly. She is also passionate about educating pet owners on how to take the best care of their pets.
WHAT SHE DOES IN HER SPARE TIME
Jessi loves reading, watching the Red Sox play at Fenway, and visiting thrift and craft stores. She lives with her husband, and her little dachshund TillieBelle, and her two cats ObiWan and Yoda (who is blind but uses the "force" to torment Obi).

Jessi loves to sing karaoke, especially in the car on long road trips.
One of Crystal's favorite parts of veterinary medicine is helping animals when they need it most while strengthening the bond between pets and their families. She has a special interest in surgery and dentistry, where she enjoys the hands-on nature of patient care and the opportunity to improve both comfort and quality of life. Whether she's working alongside the medical team or supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital, Crystal is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient and client who walks through our doors.
Crystal earned her Associate's Degree in Animal Science and Mathematics from Holyoke Community College. Her knowledge, leadership, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable part of the Windy Hollow team.
Outside of the clinic, Crystal enjoys crafting, planning parties, and spending quality time with her friends and family—especially her children. She's also the proud owner of Boomer, her energetic Siberian Husky. If she could have any animal as a pet, she'd choose an otter, and while she can't pick just one favorite animal, turtles and owls have always held a special place in her heart. One fun fact about Crystal is that her favorite color is red, and she loves incorporating it into nearly every aspect of her life.
What Crystal loves most about Windy Hollow Veterinary Clinic is the incredible team she works with every day. She considers her coworkers to be a second family and believes that shared dedication and teamwork are what make the clinic such a special place. She hopes every client knows that our team is truly passionate about what we do and that every pet is treated with the same care and compassion we would give our own.

Throughout her career, Cathy has found herself naturally drawn to surgery. She especially enjoys caring for sick and injured animals and helping them recover, knowing that she plays an important role in improving both their health and quality of life. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety make her an invaluable member of our surgical team.
Cathy holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts and has additional degrees in Fine Arts and Graphic Arts Technology. Her diverse educational background brings creativity and precision to everything she does.
Outside of the clinic, Cathy enjoys hiking with her beloved dog, Probie—a Chihuahua/Min Pin mix affectionately nicknamed "Putter Buddy on Crack"—gardening, and creating art. She has a special appreciation for black squirrels and jokes that, if she could have any animal as a pet, it would definitely be one!
What Cathy loves most about Windy Hollow is working alongside such supportive coworkers and dedicated doctors who share her commitment to exceptional patient care. She hopes every client knows that our team is here to provide the very best care and experience for both them and their pets.

One of Rhiannon's greatest passions is educating pet owners. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to help families better understand their pets' health and empower them to make informed decisions about their care. Her professional interests include internal medicine, feline medicine, and anesthesia, where she appreciates the combination of critical thinking, precision, and compassionate nursing that each area requires.
Rhiannon studied veterinary medicine at Massasoit Community College and the New England Institute of Technology. As Nurse Supervisor, she is committed to supporting both her patients and her team by fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
Outside of the clinic, Rhiannon enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether she's riding freestyle jet skis, exploring on a quad or OneWheel, horseback riding, or listening to audiobooks on a well-earned day off, she loves staying active and trying new adventures. At home, she's surrounded by a wonderful menagerie that includes three beloved cats—Emmett, a Maine Coon/Norwegian Forest Cat mix, Willow and Freddie, a pair of littermates—a Belgian Cross horse named Molly, and more chickens than she can count. If she could add one more animal to the family, she'd choose a Belgian mule—or, just for fun, a camel!
